How to process a Renewal

To process a renewal click on the ‘Renew Policy’ button and this will present you with the Renewal request quote journey.

Proceed through the various pages by clicking on the ‘NEXT’ button at the bottom of each page, making any relevant changes.
 

When all changes have been made you can click on the ‘FINISH’ button and the case will be submitted to one of our underwriters to consider renewal terms for you.
